Who we are

Gatehouse is operated by Foundry XD LLC, which is the controller of the data described here.

What we collect

• Your Discord user id, and the username, display name and avatar Discord returns when you sign in. Servers you administer are read from Discord to build the dashboard.
• Wallet addresses you link and the signature proving you control them. Wallets are stored on your Mantel account. Private keys never reach us.
• For each server: its id and name, the Discord id of whoever installed the bot, the channels chosen for the verification card, the roles menu and the sales feed, the rules written, and the people or roles allowed to manage it.
• Role history: which role was granted or removed for which rule, and when.
• An activity log per server: installs, verifications, grants, revocations, rule changes and manager changes, with the Discord id of the member involved.
• Your IP address, briefly, to rate limit requests. It is not stored with your account.
• Holdings read from public indexers are cached for a short period so a re-check does not repeat every lookup.

What we do not collect

• No email address, phone number, legal name or government ID.
• No advertising trackers, and no sale of data to third parties.
• No message content from your Discord server.

Who sees what

Administrators and managers of a server see the Discord ids, the roles granted and the verified wallet addresses of members who verified in that server, including as a CSV export. Members of one server are never shown to another. Your own page shows your wallets and the rules each server applies to them.

Analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, sets no identifier and does not fingerprint visitors. It records page views and referrers only.

Cookies

One cookie, the sign-in session. It is HTTP only, expires after thirty days, and holds your Discord user id. There are no advertising cookies.

Services we send data to

• Discord, to sign you in and to manage roles.
• Helius, for Solana holdings and transfer notifications.
• mempool.space and Unisat, for Bitcoin holdings, Ordinals and Runes.
• Magic Eden and ordinals.com, when a collection list is imported.
• CoinGecko, for the prices shown in the bot nickname.
• Mantel, which holds the account your wallets sit on.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site, the database and the analytics.

Keeping and deleting

Unlinking a wallet removes it and the roles it earned. Removing the bot from a server ends role management there. To have your remaining Gatehouse records deleted, contact us with the Discord account they belong to. Anything on a blockchain is public and is never ours to remove.

Minors

Gatehouse is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them. Discord requires its users to be at least 13.
