What Gatehouse is

Gatehouse is a Discord bot and dashboard that grants and removes Discord roles based on the Solana and Bitcoin assets held by wallets a member has linked. It is not a broker, exchange, wallet or custodian. It never holds keys, assets or funds, and it never asks for a transaction.

Accounts

You sign in with Discord. Your linked wallets live on a Mantel account joined to that Discord user. One Discord user joins one Mantel account, and a wallet already linked to another account cannot be claimed from here.

Verification

Linking a wallet means signing a message in that wallet. The signature proves control of the address and nothing else. Gatehouse then reads what the address holds through public indexers and grants the roles whose rules the holdings satisfy.

Roles leave when the assets do. Gatehouse re-checks holdings after a wallet moves and removes roles whose rules no longer pass. When an indexer is unavailable, Gatehouse leaves roles in place rather than removing them on bad data.

Server owners

Installing the bot means you have permission to manage that server. You choose the rules, the roles they grant and the channels the bot posts in. Discord role hierarchy applies: the bot can only manage roles below its own. You are responsible for what your rules gate and for the roles you ask the bot to create.

Gatehouse may remove the bot from a server that uses it to break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Fees

Gatehouse is free for artists and their own collections, with no member, rule or server caps. Servers for generative and for-profit collections are $49 a month or $490 a year, per server. Prices are shown before payment and exclude any tax collected at checkout.

A paid plan renews until it is cancelled. Cancelling stops the next charge and the server keeps its plan until the end of the period already paid for. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

• Do not link a wallet you do not control.
• Do not attempt to obtain a role you do not qualify for.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the collection data served here.
• Do not disrupt the service or the systems it runs on.

Third parties

Gatehouse depends on Discord, on public blockchain indexers and on the Solana and Bitcoin networks. Outages, indexer errors and chain reorganisations are outside our control, and roles may be late or briefly wrong because of them.

No warranty

Gatehouse is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that a role is granted, kept or removed at any particular time. To the extent the law allows, Foundry XD LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before it.

Termination

You may remove the bot or unlink your wallets at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page is the last revision, and continued use after a change means acceptance.
